Tatra banka introduces its new Card2CardTB service, enabling swift and hassle-free money transfers from one card to another within minutes. Tatra banka clients holding a Visa card can utilize this service not only for transactions with Visa and Mastercard cards issued in Slovakia but also in EU member states and other selected countries.
As an innovation in payment services, the bank offers the option of direct card-to-card money transfers. Expedited money transfer is now feasible even when the receiving bank does not participate in instant payments.
The Card2CardTB service for international payments caters to clients making transfers to EU member states, as well as to Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Great Britain, Serbia, Kosovo, Albania, or Ukraine. Clients can save time and money, as funds are credited to the recipient's card account within minutes and become readily available. Initiating a money transfer with Card2CardTB is straightforward. Simply provide the sender's card details along with the recipient's card number and name. The requisite form can be accessed on Tatra banka's website. It is imperative for all clients to access the form solely from the bank's official website.
During the transfer process, entering the same data as when making online card payments is necessary, including the card number, expiration date, CVV code, and cardholder's name. Clients may also opt for a one-time card number generated through the Tatra banka mobile application. Conversely, on the recipient's end, only the card number and name suffice, without requiring additional detailed information. It is essential to note that providing the expiration date or CVV code is unnecessary for receiving money. Each transfer is authenticated through 3D Secure via the TatraBanka application or Internet banking TB , ensuring secure money transfer. This service is available to clients with active electronic authorizations.
